Changed your plans? No problem! You can shop at Vocesim with confidence. As long as you meet the conditions below, you are eligible to request a refund for your eSIM purchase within 6 months from the date of purchase.
A full refund will be granted if all of the following conditions are met:
• The eSIM was purchased directly from vocesim.com.
• The eSIM has not been activated or used in any way.
• The purchase was made within the last 6 months.
• If the eSIM has already been activated or used, our support team will review your case individually to find the best possible solution.
If your device is incompatible or network-locked, you may be eligible for a refund under the following conditions:
• The QR code has not been scanned.
• No data has been used with the eSIM.
• The purchase was made within the last 6 months.
• You provide a screenshot or other requested evidence to confirm the incompatibility or device lock.
• If you experience connectivity issues, please contact our Customer Support Team before your trip ends, either via help@vocesim.com or our live chat.
• Refunds cannot be guaranteed if you contact us after your trip.
• Depending on the amount of data used, a partial or full refund may be provided.
• A $3.50 USD administrative fee may be deducted from any approved refund.
